The buyer can't tell good output from confident garbage until the money is gone. The honest vendor can't prove they're honest, so they lose deals to skepticism earned by everyone else. Both sides pay a trust tax.

Agent removes the tax by replacing trust with proof. Money is held before work starts. Delivered work is verified by independent checks both sides agreed to in advance. Payment releases item by item, on evidence — not on reputation, promises, or dispute-ticket attrition.

We're starting where proof is cleanest — B2B lead generation and data enrichment, an industry with a decades-old junk-rate problem and an objective definition of "this row is good" — and expanding corridor by corridor as verification matures. Payments rails always start narrow. The ones that win end up underneath everything.
